When you contact us via the form, we process your details (email address, optionally name/initials and phone, description of your project) and your IP address solely to handle your enquiry and to prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Data is transmitted encrypted and delivered to our mailbox by email via the service provider Resend (USA). Enquiries that do not lead to a mandate are deleted after 12 months at the latest.
If a mandate is agreed, we and the supporting law firm are legally required to verify your identity under anti-money-laundering law and to retain the records for the statutory period (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, time, requested page) is processed when you visit. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
